Visited this restaurant a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed. Lovely, warm welcome. The staff were attentive and service was delivered with a smile and good humour. The decor is clean, modern and pleasant. The menu offers standard Indian fayre but the food is very good. The dishes we ordered were well-flavoured and beautifully presented. There were no oily sauces used here (well at least not in our dishes) so you could actually taste the fish/meat and the herbs and spices they had been cooked in. Lovely. Will return.... soon!

Having passed by the station on many occasions and being used to sitting in the traffic, I was greeted by the sight of this new restaurant. I took a look inside and mentally promised myself to visit at some point. On mentioning Arzoo to my wife, she retold about a recommendation for the restaurant received from a work colleague.

That was enough for me, we visited the following week and it is really, really good. Service is excellent and they have a attitude that nothing is too much trouble, and "of course sir we can do a Methi Gosht". That's me sorted!

Food is excellent with a light touch - I hate thick, fatty glutinous sauces when a lighter sauce is required and that is just what they delivered. Try Arzoo, you won't be disappointed but remember to book - because it will become very popular, excellent menu choice, great service, nice décor and "normal prices" unlike some "premium" restaurants I could name!

My boyfriend and I decided to visit Arzoo yesterday evening. We had not booked a table, and when we arrived the restaurant was already quite busy. We were shown to a table, and were immediately impressed by the lighting and clean line decoration of the restaurant. It was also very clean.
We both really enjoy a good curry, and we were not disappointed! Poppadoms and chutneys/raita were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the green coconut relish. My boyfriend ordered a king prawn dhansak, and I ordered a garlic chilli masala. We also chose a sag bhaji and garlic nan. The curries were DELICIOUS, and very nicely presented. The nan bread was the best I have ever tasted.
Service was fine, though a little slow. That said the waiters were smiley and welcoming.
The food was truly lovely and I cannot wait to return. The restaurant was quite busy with other diners, good to see as Arzoo has only been open for a couple of months. Interestingly, there are 3 sister Arzoo restaurants, in Oxford and surrounding areas. Therefore the owners are experienced and certainly know the secrets of great good and running a fabulous Indian restaurant.

New restaurant to the area. This must immediately rank as the best Indian restaurant and takeaway in Salisbury. Second visit and not disappointed. Some very interesting dishes (and surprises) on the menu. This venue will become very popular very quickly, so if you enjoy good Indian fare give it try.
