Not much to add to recent reviews. You can walk across the meadows and have a drink at The Old Mill. It's fantastic that such a wonderful space is right next to the city centre.

The architechture in Salisbury is so very different from my home in tropical Australia.
It was so interesting to see the old buildings.

This was an enchanting walk looking at very old buildings and grand houses. The grounds are superb. This is a must visit place.

The largest Cathedral Close with acres of greenery, hidden lanes and quirky, historic architecture. A great destination for visitors, but a bit of goldfish bowl for long suffering residents. Numerous cafes and the cheapest parking in town.

This is a lovely open space around the cathedral, itself surrounded by grand houses and other buildings. On a sunny day, it's a nice place to relax and watch the crowds go by.
