The finest cathedral close in Britain. Most of the houses look Georgian but many have features dating back to the 13th century when the cathedral was founded. A great place to relax and take it all in

nice area to walk around, with great views on the cathedral. beautiful garden. not too exciting overall, but still a nice thing to do in Salisbury, especially as there are not many things to do in town.

A nice place to stroll and view the many old buildings many of which have plaques outside offering information on their past.
