Number 64
Ranked #28 of 59 Salisbury B&B and Inns
Reviewed April 23, 2012

Very comfortable, very clean and very welcoming B&B in the centre of Salisbury - John and Jill are perfect hosts ( and John is a wealth of knowledge on local history and the area in general ). Ample car parking opposite and 2 minutes walk to Bus station and market square, too, whilst quiet enough for one of the best night's sleep ever !

I have been to stay a couple of times now with John and Jill at No.64. It is a lovey B&B in the centre of town, with everything in Salisbury within easy walking distance. The room I had on both occassions was very pleasant, clean, with a modern decor. The bowl of fresh fruit, along with the usual tea and coffee making facilities, is a welcoming touch.
Jill makes an excellent breakfast and will cater for dietary requirements where she can. My sister follows a gluten free diet and Jill made an effort to find alternatives for her.
Good value for money, great hospitality and convenient location.

Stayed one night at Number 64. The house is lovely and well maintained throughout. Our room was comfortable, clean and spotless. And Jill, the owner, was very friendly. With its very convenient location for a short walk into Salisbury town centre, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

My wife and I and two Australian friends stayed at No 64 in September and really enjoyed our stay. Perfectly located in Salisbury and close to the town centre, this was the ideal place for two couples conscious of their budget but still wanting quality accommodation. We had stayed in a number of hotels and B&B's during our holiday in Paris and England and this was definitely one of the best. In particular, the rooms were spotlessly clean and hosts John and Jill were very helpful and obliging. We understand this B&B has only recently been listed and won't take long to climb the ladder of top B&B's in Salisbury. By the way, listen to John's advice and visit the Pheasant Inn for a beautiful evening meal.
