I really enjoyed the fact that you could see the actual Magna Carta, plus various other artifacts from the past. It was really interesting reading all of the names of the people who were buried at the church.

“Salisbury Catherdral”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 10, 2014

A lovely charming cathedral. The staff and guides were extremely helpful in assisting us with finding different things and explaining the interesting parts of the cathedral. We'll worth a look, even if you only go to the chapter house and view the manga carta!

“The cathedral was beautiful with people burried in the church underground where you were walking.”

I have been to Salisbury Cathedral so many times I've lost count but it will always remain a very special place. It is almost impossible to believe that 'we' built it and you get a sense that it was built with love, pride and passion. Take time to sit and admire the tallest spire in the country through the glass roof of the tea rooms. Take a stroll round the cloisters and a look at the 1215 Magna Carta.

“Go and see the Magna Carta”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 8, 2014

Excellent, beautiful cathedral and very interesting artefacts including one of the remaining copies of the Magna Carta. It costs £8 to enter which is described as a do action, but you do not get a choice of how much to donate. Worth it though.
