Whilst staying at nearby Holiday Inn, searched for a Indian restaurant on google and found this. Managed to book a table whilst en route to hotel but only for 6pm.
Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff and shown to table.
Excellent ambience and decor. Restaurant filled rapidly.
Food was excellent. Popps and pickles, the mango chutney and mint/cucumber dips have a kick one does not expect, beware!! Wife was impressed with cod loin cooked with spices, hot! Best fish dish she has ever had! I have Chicken Jalfrezi as I always do anywhere I go, it was cooked with egg and no onions or peppers which was strange to me. I wouldn't choose that again but it was cooked to perfection as was the rest of the meal.
Staff were extremely efficient.
Would go there again or to one of their many other restaurants in the chain.
