“Friendly, Local indian restuarant offering vegan pizza too!”
Reviewed June 12, 2012

Really enjoyed eating here, polite friendly service, good choice/range of indian dishes and pizza too. It was quite hot weather when we visited, so was a bit stuffy inside due to tandoors/ovens, could have done with with a few more windows/putting the A/C on. Although drinks did take a little while and the bill was wrong (undercharged us) apart from that it was really good, decent portions and quite cheap too, good for students! not far from hyde park cinema either. Will definitely be returning or getting a takeaway!

“Excellent cafe for good eats”
Reviewed June 6, 2012

We went after reading the reviews and looking for somewhere new to eat. Quick service, good food and FANTASTIC MANGO LASSI.
Will go back and take friends next time.

“More than delicious!”
Reviewed February 24, 2012

Every time I go here (which is usually twice a month), I order the same thing, lamb bhuna - it's amazing: rich tomato base, perfectly spiced - not to hot or too bland, just right, which allows you to experience all the flavours, along with tender meat. I've eaten out in many restaurants (including Bradford) and have yet to find a place that makes a bhuna quite as delightful as The Grove Cafe.

Top marks are also given to the chicken tikka or fish naan, which are also regulars with my friends.

If I could eat here every night I would!
