I've been going to Roundhay Park since I was a kid. Loved it then and love it still. It's an enormous park and that's to its credit. Lovely landscaping within, lakes, a folly, bandstand, cafe and such easy walking for everyone. Tropical World and Canal gardens on the opposite side of the road. It's such a nice place to spend time. Such a shame that the Arena is no longer used for concerts in the Summer months (I suppose those living locally objected) and is no longer the focal point for Bonfire Night (that's now up on Soldier's field). I'd give it six if I could if both of those still happened. Glad I experienced it.
