We ate here on Valentine's night for a treat, no over inflated prices and set menus, and it wasn't stupidly busy either.
The food was excellent, we shared the Odds 'n Sods for starter which was very nice. For the main we had the 14oz, 28 day aged ribeye steak with the scotch bonnet hot sauce and the Jambalaya along with a side of mac & cheese. I'm not usually a lover of steak but I have to say this was one of the best steaks I've ever tasted, it melted in your mouth, no fat on it at all. The Jambalaya was full of flavour and had two huge juicy prawns to top it off. The mac & cheese was also a winner for me, I could have happily eaten it as a main.
For desserts we had the peanut butter cheesecake and something called an All American Bar which was a mint chocolate sundae. Both desserts were fantastic and massive, not some piddily sized dinky dessert like you get in some establishments, decent portions all round. I think I won though with my choice of the cheesecake though, it was incredible!
