Description: As a new small business we are appreciative for the extremely positive reviews that individuals have chosen to leave. Reviews are always welcome that provide 'constructive' feedback of ways to enhance the customer experience. However as a small independent cafe , singularly operated, we can not and do not endeavour to meet ALL customer expectations. Whilst Trip Advisor is a useful source of information for tourism, we did not set this account up and so advise that if you want a better understanding of the values and vision of our business you may wish to visit our Facebook account. “Fantastic little find”
Reviewed August 26, 2014

What a lovely little place. We came for lunch at the weekend and we were welcomed with open arms by the owner Pedro. The atmosphere is really laid back, the sort of place you can see yourself sitting with an ice cold beer and the paper all afternoon. More importantly the food was some of the best we have ever tasted, fresh, creative and very well priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, we will certainly be regulars to this place.

“Mas que bastante bien”
Reviewed August 18, 2014

Ate here for the first time (won't be the last!) tonight con mi mujer, and apart from the superb service, personalsied and friendly, the cosy atmosphere and the excellent food, prepared to order, generous portions, we were more than pleasantly surprised at 2 generous mains, 2 drinks, a starter and a coffee coming in a under £25.

Go here; it's excellent.

“Like being on holiday”
Reviewed August 10, 2014

Just the best place. The food is freshly made and delicious, cooked and served by the amazing Pedro and as for the ambiance, it's like being in the Med but with a familiarity that makes it one of the most comfortable and welcoming places I have been to. Portions are huge with a Mediterranean twist and the introduction of Gelato on the Menu is both delicious and very tempting. It ticks all boxes, coffee shop in the morning, with delicious breakfasts, something for everyone at lunch and then, on an evening, it takes on a whole new atmosphere, becoming grown up and romantic.

“Lunch with Nan”
Reviewed August 5, 2014 via mobile

Fantastic little place, you cannot be in a rush though, relaxed and friendly, Pedro is like a "buzzing bee" as my nan called him. Excellent food. Will certainly be returning. :)

“As they say in Yorkshire....Not Bad!”
Reviewed July 23, 2014

Some secrets are best kept to yourself, so why am I writing this review? Must be mad!

This place reminds me of a small village cafe in rural France, where locals go to drink, eat and pass the time of day. It's one man's passion and dream of doing what he loves.
Pedro lets the quality of the fresh daily ingredients stand to the fore in such a beautiful, rustic way. Lovely balance and harmony. Impressive as he has had no formal training. Every mouthful is a delight. A small menu not many tables, great ambience. Lovely.
This place appeals to foodies with a chilled laid back attitude. It's not your typical Restaurant, if that's what your wanting 'A Comer' is not for you. A bit like Marmite, you will love it or hate it.

We love it!
