Would just like to say the staff were fantastic - even though the chef had had an accident, they still came up trumps. Food excellent, service excellent, staff brilliant. The restaurant itself is nicely done out, right amount of lighting nice decor, just loved the place will definately recommend and return - Thank you

I went for lunch with a group of friends and the food was excellent - lots of tapas choices although I chose the sandwich with roasted peppers - large toasted roll with perfect roasted peppers, a delicious salad and a few chips - perfect for a light lunch. Great staff and service and they serve Illy coffee which is a big plus for me! I don't know why it is not busier as it deserves to be packed every day!

Visited there last night with a party of 9, only initially booked as needed somewhere on a Friday that could be booked and didn't have a Xmas set menu. We all had a fab time, staff were attentive but not overwhelming. More importantly they appeared happy even though we were a table of very noisy girls! Prices for both food and drink were reasonable especially for city centre and the food portions were large. Most of had 3 each but 2 would have sufficed. I ordered the cheese board and I had to leave some as was so full! The mussel and clam dishes come with a generous serving of nice bread. The atmosphere was just really relaxed. It was quiet even for a Friday which is a shame, this location has had a few food eateries before that haven't taken off probably due to the lack of footfall walking past. It's not more than 5 minutes away from the Light/ Millennium Square so is worth the (very) short walk. Will definitely be returning in the new year which was the general consensus.

Came upon this place as we tried to get away from the overcrowded Christmas markets on a freezing Saturday night & it was exactly what we needed.
After a friendly welcome and nice glass of house red we chose half a dozen tapas between 2 of us which was ample. The food came quickly a couple at a time, they were all excellent but the slow roast lamb was divine!
Atmosphere was cosy and relaxed and the decor is a bit different.
Would very definitely be happy to go back again with friends and linger a little longer . . . . and sample the rest of the menu!

This is tapas eating at its best. The restaurant is authentic Spanish in every way. The ambiance, the décor, the music and so on.

The range of tapas on the menu is excellent and the taste of the dishes is excellent. Full of flavour.

The waiter knew his food and was able to recommend the tapas we would like (and he wasn't wrong - the goats cheese and figs were fabulous) as well as the wine.

Tapas eating gives you a wide variety of food and tastes. When it's as good as the food was here the whole eating experience is fabulous.

The Paella was excellent - be aware that you get a full paella dish and it's enough for 3 of you as a main course or 4/5 of you if you're having additional to a variety of tapas.

There were 7 of us and we had a really excellent meal. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.
