After visiting Leeds for several years and seeing the construction of Trinity it was great to see it open today, it's not like your conventional shopping centre, it's more outside in. It's light and airy with its domed glass roof which is spectacular. The shops are great and the food at Trinity Kitchen is a must.
The only downside is the number of escalators, a few more would be great.
Well worth a visit. Well done Leeds.

As a wheelchair user I found the shopping centre very difficult.

We had to initially go into a dark nook under the stairs to get a lift up to the shops. It smelt terrible and was filthy.

Then negotiating around was hard work when we finally got to the shop levels.

Thank goodness I wasn't alone, especially waiting for the lift. I won't be rushing back.

I live in Leeds and before this shopping centre was built, shopping in Leeds wasn't very good. Then Trinity Leeds opened. Wow. I went there in early 2013 but it was quite cold so I didn't really like it. Then I came here in the summer with my friends, who go there all the time. We had a great time. And it has an Apple Store, which is obviously good. The statue inside is remarkable and the architecture is stunning. 13/10 would be my rating.
