This is a larger premier inn with All modern facility's. Quick checkin spacious room which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very impressive, costa coffee and also an option to take out, also a good selection of hot and cold foods.
Situated across the road from first direct arena, convenience store with a subway and costa coffee next door.
Near train station cost £3.50 for taxi to hotel - near shops and restaurants you can't go wrong well done premier inn .

We stayed a the leeds west premier inn but were seeing a gig at leeds arena and decided to eat at this thyme as it was opposite and started serving earlier then he thyme where we stayed. Really very impressed by thyme we both had steaks and prawn cocktail food was presented well and cooked impressively well service was very prompt and friendly. Really impressed. Of a higher standard then the brewers fayre attached to alot of premier inns an we shall now be booking with only premier inns with thyme. After the gig our phones were flat and although we were not staying at this premier inn we showed reception our room card and the happily booked a taxi for us back to premier inn leeds city west where we were staying. Great experience.

As you enter this modern building, it feels fresh and welcoming. Staff are pleasant, and will do the extra little thing to help you out. The rooms a spacious and comfortable with everything you need from plenty of sockets to good lighting. The heating is slow to get started. The bathroom is roomy and brightly lit. The hot water was just hot enough, due to busy time I presume.

It takes 15-20mins to walk to city centre, taxis will charge around £10

Tv remote didn't work, boilers were broken but we weren't informed so when we rang reception to ask why but they didn't answer so I had to get dressed and go down to reception at 11.15pm to be informed but I had come in from a gig 20 minutes previously so I should have either been told then by a member of staff or there should have been a notice on te door to the stairs as elevator, also the bed was bowed in the middle causing back ache he next morning and the maids woke is up at 9am and were talking very loud keeping us awake ad preventing is from goin back to sleep

This review is mainly for the poor organisation of the shambles that occurred between 5 p.m. and 7.30 pm on November 24 2013 which could quite easily have spoilt my best ever birthday treat given to me by my husband back in February.

We booked a mealtime for 5.45 p.m. and I think what went wrong was they were trying to seat too many people without dealing with the first comers to the restaurant. Always clearing to reseat new customers meaning we nearly missed the Andrea Bocelli concert which by the way was (ABSOLUTELY AMAZING). Knowing there was a big night happening across the road they had not planned staffing and ordering. Some people were frightened to order a cooked meal in case they didn't get time to eat it. One man had uncooked runner beans with his meal.
The one thing the hotel did get right was the room, could not fault the cleanliness and bed.
We returned from the concert to find a large queue for after concert drinks which meant we were waiting for 15 minutes. The meal was ok, but the chef should resist trying us out on the pizzas.

We stayed at this hotel one Saturday night a couple of weeks ago. We booked a few months in advance and got a great rate. The hotel is really convenient for Leeds city centre and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Discounted parking is available nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
