I booked the hotel through the hotel website but I quickly checked trip advisor to see if the hotel was good from a more independant view. The photos are very representative of the rooms, mine is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. My only gripe with the hotel is the standard of the gym. I spend quite a lot of time away with work and one of my main stipulations for a hotel before I book it is that the gym is okay. Unfortunately the gym is very old and worn. 2 treadmills from when the first olympics were held in Britain, the weights machines are in desperate need of some WD40 and there are no free weights to speak of. The photos on the website are really not very representative of the the gym at all. If your looking for a nice hotel for a couple of nights the location is perfect and the rooms are great. If your in town for a little longer and want to use the gym, probably look elsewhere! The gym at the Doubletree, which is 5 minutes away, is very good for a hotel gym
