This museum has the most realistic and extensive recunstructed Victorian slum street I've been to- it is eerie, fascinating and doesn't hold back on the horror of living in such horrendous conditions. The medical history is also brilliant and very well set out. The apocethary shop is fascinating. I have been twice from Liverpool it is that good!
The desperate lives of the Victorian poor whould never be forgotton.
