beautiful place to kill a bit of time. Cafe over the (busy) road is nice but the ruins themselves would be a much bigger attraction in a different location. No less impressive for it.

Beautiful ruin in a beautiful park which is perfect for a sunny days walk or picnic. However, the main reason to visit this place is the museum across the road which is far more interesting

Amazing it is in the middle of an urban connurbation, yet when you are within the grounds or parts of the ruin and down by the river, you feel very chiled and relaxed, away from the buzz around you.

The large Eastern window is truly magnificent and displays a real insight into the History of a time long since gone.
