What I like about Premier in is...Well it is what it is really! You don't expect to go here for amazing service, food etc. Its a hotel thats Clean and comfortable and if you get a smile etc from the staff then bonus. The only real downside to Premiers is usually the location. Although Central always on busy roads so noise from this can be annoying

stayed over with friends for a night out, ideal for a night out as the hotel was well located to the town centre. Attached is a TGI friday's which is worth a look..... we had great food plenty to drink in good surroundings, ready for a night out. Give this hotel a try...... you won't be disappointed!

Room Tip: we had three rooms booked.....all were different sides to the building and all were of equal, space...

I recently stopped at this nicely located, well finished Premier Inn. Me and my girlfriend chose this hotel in particular as we were going to the Leeds Rhino's vs Huddersfield Giants rugby game and the hotel was close to headingly stadium. We also saw that i had a TGI Friday's attached and as we eat at TGI's quite reguarly we relished the chance to stop somewhere we could eat such nice food. The hotel itself, although not the cheapest Premier Inn we have stayed in, was great. Nicely situated, pretty much bang in the city centre, 5 or so minute taxi to Headingly stadium. The staff were extremely welcoming and had us checked in quickly and efficiently aswell as doing there job to a high standard asking if we had heard of the good night garauntee. The room itself was nice and we were plesently suprised to have an additional sofa/bed in our room aswell. Everything worked fine, nice wall mounted tv, extra pillows which is always a nice thing. One down side i found that as the hotel was in the city centre and it was a friday night in leeds you could hear a number of police cars every so often although i can be a light sleeper and it didn't affect me. TGi Fridays located next door was our first stop after the game. We didn't wait too long to be seated although we did visit the bar while they got a table ready for us. Nothing unusual for this popular restaraunte. Considering it was quarter past 10 when we arrived and they were due to shut at 11 the staff were very polite and happy to accomodate us and take there time whilst still being efficient. The food if i'm being critiacal wasn't the best TGI Fridays we have ever eaten however it was still really nice and unbeliveably filling. A few down sides they did seen slightly understaffed for the amount of people who eat here however they dealt with it quite well. And we had to ask for a pot of jack daniel's sauce they forgot to bring with one of our meals but they quickly brought it once asked. I often read bad reviews for such things and don't understand why, all it takes is the time to ask someone and it shouldn't take away how nice the food is. All in all it was a great hotel and a great experience, one i will no doubtably take again.

Room Tip: Ask maybe for a quieter room if your a light sleeper or if your concious of your car one facing the...

Stayed for one night on a £29 deal for a family room. Excellent value for a city centre location for 4 people. Premier inn breakfast deals great for families with kids eating free. The staff were very helpful on check in. Gave us advice on best route into town, taxis etc. Stayed in a refurbished room and the new tv's are great. Room quiet away from the road, clean and well maintained. The area is made up of offices and it is a good ten minutes walk to the railways station and shops. It is a well light busy road, staight along and you are in town. Very nice shopping area victorian quater worth a visit and Kirkage Market. Cannot fault accomadation on price, location and facilites.

Room Tip: Be aware ten minute walk into town.

I stayed at the Premier Inn when in Leeds overnight on business. Whilst the communal parts weren't up to much (I think this is being refurbished?), the room itself was very good indeed. Very clean, very comfortable, and with all the facilities I needed to enjoy my stay. I was particularly impressed with the TV system which was much easier to use and with better definition & sound than other more expensive hotels that I had stayed in recently. I was near the car park but wasn't disturbed by any outside noise - and the noise from inside the hotel was minimal ensuring that I had a fantastic (and much needed!) night's sleep. I would definitely use - and recommend - Premier Inn for future business trips.

Budget hotels can sometimes get a bad rep with most realising you get just what you pay for which is why I felt compelled to write this review as most of us only complain and do not praise. I stayed here in Dec 2011 for my wifes birthday because of its centre location for our night out. The hotel, as with all premier inn's was clean and as you would expect but the staff were excellent, courteous, friendly and helpful. Now I stay in a lot of premier inn's for business throughout the UK but never have I had such beaming smiles and nothing is too much trouble attitude.

We stayed for one night whilst in Leeds visiting my son and his girlfriend. The hotel was up to Premier Inn standards, with a good sized room on the ground floor. Although we were next to the car park there was very little noise. Not bad for a Saturday night when the Stags and Hens are about ! There was some redecorating going on in our corridor and a slight odour of paint, but not too bad. My main gripe was that the hotel does not have its own breakfast room. We had to go next door to TGI Fridays, not my first choice went eating out. We went down early on Sunday morning for breakfast and the selection of food was as you'd expect. The only thing to complain about was that the plates were not very hot and consequently the food did'nt stay very hot for very long. This was poor value, as we had paid £15.98 for two breakfasts. Our previous experience of Premier Inn breakfasts was at their Hotel in Bolton, next to the Reebok Stadium. Breakfast there was excellent and well worth the cost. We would use Premier Inns again, but not in Leeds.
