Booked a Deluxe Room for New Years Eve 2013 after browsing the website and reading the positive reviews on tripadvisor and booking.com. Room was upgraded further at check in to an Executive Room. This room type was spacious and had a comfy King size bed, dressing table and seating area. All areas of the room were kept warm by the central heating; great when arriving back late in the winter weather. Generally everything was clean and tidy though the wood flooring could have been attended a little better as there were scuff marks and general dirt from previous foot traffic.

The hotel is ideally situated just off Leeds City Square (LS1) and is close to Victoria Quarter for shopping and numerous restaurants and bars as well as the rest of the city centre. Parking was available next to the hotel; upon arrival stop outside the main hotel entrance and go to reception to get a flash key for the barrier. Space in the carpark is tight but there was enough room to park a big car. Left the hotel late afternoon for a short trip out and there was still space early evening upon return.

All in all we enjoyed our stay at Quebecs and I would book again in the future.

We stayed here by chance as it was our first night away from the kids in nearly 2 years and we had no idea where to stay in Leeds! Simply superb, very comfortable beds, rooms, bathrooms, facilities. Great little bar, absolutely stunning and unique building that we both enjoyed so much! Restaurant is fabulous in terms of outlook, worth the high price for breakfast. Some of the extras are a little expensive, food, bar, early check in and car park. However, if you want something slightly different and of a good standard expect to pay a little more. Having said that, the hotel is good value for a weekend break. Location is ideal for the city, station, restaurants, bars, Corn Exchange and Trinity. All staff were friendly and accomodating, we can't thank Caroline enough for her understanding and support. We simply loved it and will be back!

Room Tip: Opt for the slightly larger and better equipped Deluxe room, although the club room is sufficient!

The staff were really friendly and helped me with my car parking. They took my bag to my room whilst i went off to meet my friend.

On our return, we had a drink in the hotel bar. Again, the guy was really polite, pleasant and helpful.

Our room was gorgeous> We had a lovely clean, comfortable stay and didn't feel rushed in any way. Would definitely stay again.

Lorenzo was on duty when we checked in and made the entire experience a pleasure as did all of the staff for the remainder of our two day stay. The room was very comfortable, spotless and we slept like at home. The bed and linens were a pleasure. They have apparently learned to accommodate check-in/out problems. We were difficult and had no problem at all. Will absolutely return.

Room Tip: Rely on the staff.

I have stayed in this hotel on three occasions over the past two years and will be returning again at the end of July.

I have always had a positive experience and an enjoyable stay.
Staff are organised and friendly, however I agree with a previous review regarding check-in being too rigid - this is one area where the hotel seems very unhelpful and a bit more flexibility would go a long way in creating a positive impression and a more comfortable stay for guests.

The hotel is fairly pricy for a northern hotel, but the quality is generally high with spacious, luxurious rooms and good facilities. The decor is generally tasteful, and the hotel has a very nice atmosphere.

The main reason I have returned to this hotel is it's location, very central, close to the station, shops and restaurants.

I'd certainly recommend the Quebecs and will continue to stay here when in Leeds. I'd also urge the hotel to take on bored the constructive criticism provided so that this hotel continues to be a top Leeds hotel.

Room Tip: Where possible, ask to see two rooms before settling in. I've always been lucky enough to be given spacious rooms - but I have heard that some are small and a little pokey.
