Good last notice room, we walked in hoping for a room last minute, gave us a room quickly. i paid 20 pound a head for the 4 of us which is extremely good for the middle of town. Right next to the Yates pub where all our friends met. right in the center of all the shops as well. So would suit any one wanting that, Very friendly , and great location ,

The price is too much for what you get, granted own bathroom which was good, plenty of room but the tv is a nightmare to work with no remote as you have to pay a deposit to get one, I had a terrible nights sleep waking up every couple hours due to how noisy the hotel is, you can hear everything and the bed was so uncomfortable, the room was freezing even with the radiator on full power, I had to throw an extra blanket over myself which I had been using as a substitute pillow as the pillow provided was as good as sleeping on air there was nothing in it, I used several blankets to plump it up. I didn't eat at the hotel as that was extra on top of the room charge & I only bought wifi as I needed to keep in contact with friends and family. overall you don't get your moneys worth as another hotel I stopped in a few months back was half the price yet got just as much and was comfier.

We booked here as for a weekend in Leeds, arriving Saturday early afternoon. In terms of location, for us it could not have been better, right opposite the station and central for all the city centre attractions.
You access the ground floor lobby, which is a little tired, from the street and get a lift up to the 3rd floor for reception.
The reception was OK, and check-in was fairly easy, so we got our card for the room and got the lift up to it. The corridors are pretty pokey, which gives the impression of it all being squeezed in.
Once in the room, it was basic, and fairly crammed, with the bed, dresser and wardrobe leaving just enough room to walk past things if you're careful. the carpet was worn and threadbare in places.
The bathroom was again basic, and a little tired with worn and discoloured mastic and a tired shower curtain.
The shower pressure was rubbish and the plughole didn't drain the water away - so if you fancy anything more than a 5 minute shower beware flooding the room!
the toilet didn't flush properly either.
Didn't use it but the trouser press was hanging off the wall.
Back in the room there was tea making facilities, but they scrimped a bit, there only being 2 teabags and 4 tiny cartons of milk!! if you want anymore than 2 cups of tea you'll struggle.
Soundproofing to rooms is not great, but could have been worse, and we had an OK nights sleep.
To be fair when we checked out the next day and I reported the shower and toilet there was an apology and the receptionist was polite enough.
Very basic, not the cheapest so expected better.

I have slept on comfier concrete floors than the beds and take your own piece of paper to use as a pillow as it will be inevitably more plump and relaxing than the objects they call pillows. We paid £100 for one night! Booked well in advance and still had a terrible price. Greed for the location. It is a minute from the station and the centre of town so couldn't knock it for the location at all, that part was perfect. However that is where the perfection ended. Honestly though, the rooms were very outdated and do not see how they could charge more than the premier inn standard £29?! The room was dreadfully hot overnight! It was the worst nights sleep I have had in a very long time. If you stay here you will survive, but make sure you have a skinful before trying to sleep there! Spend the extra money and stay in a premier inn!

Me and two friends went to Leeds on 16/11/13 for one night. Was good location and great for what we wanted which was just to put our heads down somewhere. Rooms was clean and basic and staff was very helpful. Would stay her again for a girls weekend away but not with family.
