We spent a fascinating couple of hours at the museum browsing the Asian exhibits even though neither of us are that interested in armour. Well worth the visit especially as its free to go in.

Were there for the Wild West weekend for half term, and it was GREAT! The displays were well themed and interpreted, and there were plenty of knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff on hand to answer questions. Definitely going again.

This is well worth a visit, there are several floors of new and old artefacts. You could easily spend a full day here!

it is a big place, but taking time to look and see every thing in this place can take a long time. be prepared. but the time spent is one that will give you a lot of knowledge of weapons!

Really worth visiting. They even have a 'king in the carpark' exhibit now! The medieval exhibits were great, although they could do with some more Norman information, as well as something on Stephen and Matilda in the twelfth century...
