We stayed on saturday 9th feb, room 214, room was very stylish, lovely bathroom, complimentry toiletries, coffee tea etc. Bed was huge, skytv in all rooms. hubby watched the footie whilst i got ready to go out in the evening which was good. free Wifi in all areas also, we'd taken the ipad incase he couldnt get to see results!!
We used all the facilties on both days, you are provided with towel and locker as hotel guest, the pool was great, bit cold at first , but it is february and was snowing outside, which was lovely to look out on... Sat in hot tub wathing snow fall.. bliss.
used tge Steam room and sauna too.. everything was spotlessy clean.
Had our evening meal in the Victory Bar, not bad prices, huge portions, very nice!!
great atmosphere, several tv's around, mix crowd of couples and families.
Breakfast was included in the price of stay, provided by Verve grill, all you can eat buffet style, theres so much to choose from. Everthing was well cooked and plentiful
I honestly cant say a bad word about the hotel, felt as if we'd been there for ages with using the pool on both days.
Had a fabulous weekend and will definetly use the Village Hotel chain again.More
