Visited on a rainy miserable Wednesday evening. Despite the weather the place was quite full. We had drinks at the bar- not cheap- 4 halves nearly£14! and then proceeded to our table. The waiter was very friendly and soon took our order! Starters were lovely- I opted for Chicken liver Parfait- delicious. Unfortunately a party of 8 were seated behind us and just got louder and louder! We all had steak for main course and this was cooked to everyone's liking. The din from the table behind us was getting louder and louder and we asked the waiter if he had a volume control. He immediately offered to move us but by this time we had all finished our meals and declined. We opted out of desserts and just got our bill.
The place is lovely service great food quality excellant , unfortunately there's not a lot you can do about rude loud inconsiderate people.
Definitely worth a visit .
