Description: At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food. Our Leeds Cloth Hall restaurant is situated next to the Corn Exchange and only a moment's walk from the bustling shopping streets of Leeds town centre. Come to Zizzi to rest those tired shopping feet and eat in our intimate and cosy restaurant with its warm glowing flames from the oven. Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather.

I came here with a group of 14 and the waitress just seemed like she wanted us to be in and out as quickly as possible. We had pre-ordered but were given menus, when we pointed this out to the waitress she said 'oh yeah I should've known that'! The food was very average, most of our group ate it because we we hungry. The room was freezing and there was no loo roll in the toilets even though it was the start of the evening. Upon paying the bill we noticed there was a service charge added as standard, which needless to say we asked for it to be refunded. You get better service at Mcdonalds, at least the staff are friendly.

Had an afternoon meal here today and it was lovely, with quick service and a nice chilled atmosphere. We chose to eat at Zizzi's due to seeing how busy and noisy other more standard restaurant chains were, and we definitely made the right choice choosing to eat here instead. I will be eating here again and hope for the same pleasant experience.

We had a meal out here when in Leeds for business and whilst the food was fine, the service was pretty slow and they were not exactly busy! A second round of drinks that were ordered never arrived and the 'optional 10%' service added to our bill was apparently not actually optional!

It feels like a chain restaurant and the prices are higher than an independent Italian restaurant. Food is acceptable without being exceptional. Desserts are really pricey for what is served. 11 people at 30 pounds a head is at the high end for average food. Staff are good. Attentive, quick and happy to assist.

Really love this place! Everytime we visit we're never disappointed. Never had a problem with service and with a range of offers or vouchers available it's always great value. Only ever had one complaint about the standard of food but this was soon corrected when brought to their attention.
