We stayed here for our anniversary and it was perfect. We both comment that this is our top hotel we have stayed at. Private hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was great. We ate out in Haworth but also took a train to Leeds for the day too. Loved this place. All the best

We have just returned from a one night stay at ashmount, we stayed in the hideaway and it was absolutely fantastic. The hideaway is situated across the road from the main hotel with its own private drive and in complete privacy. The room was immaculate, photos do not do this room justice at all, everything was thought of, loads of fluffy towels, luxurious bathrobes and slippers and a fabulous comfy bed, lovely decorated room, big wardrobe, flat screen tv, comfy sofa, fridge, water, chocolates and sherry and an ipod dock. The bathroom was very modern with a big waterfall shower, double sinks and a massive whirlpool bath facing another flat screen tv. The converseravatory housed a private hot tub, which was fantastic, and huge, this faced onto the private garden with seating. We had evening meal and breakfast over at the hotel and the food was beautiful, there was something to suit everyone and the presentation was lovely. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly, service was quick but by no means rushed, the atmosphere was very relaxing and added to the overall experience. We cannot recomend this hotel enough - if you are looking for a spot of luxury then this is the place to go - we really didnt want to leave!!!

Room Tip: For the ultimate in luxury and privacy choose the hideaway @ 21

Now open to the public, so we took full advantage and had a scrumptious sunday lunch with friends. The menu was outstanding - there was not one thing which I did not want to have but after having the pidgeon breast for starter I had the traditional sunday roast beef which just melted in the mouth. The sweets were divine. We took coffee in the lounge afterwards which had an open fire and was really homely and comfortable, very welcome after a large meal. The service was very good. We have already recommended to family and friends and will definitely go back when in the area. Thank you for a lovely lunch - can't wait to try the rest of the menu!!

What a fantastic little hide-away, discovered by chance on laterooms.com! Had a lovely one night stay whilst working nearby. Can't fault the service, room, responsiveness of staff or the food in any way what so ever! I was upgraded on my arrival to the Amos Ingham room, complete with four-poster bed and comfy sofa. I'm told there's a fabulous view over the valley too, but the mist/fog put paid to that on this visit!
I'd definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area for work, and am planning a leisure stay soon!
First class - thank you so much :)
