All of the people working here were pleasant and happy to chat, loads of nik naks in the rooms and in the eating areas to look at. Breakfast was fantastic! The location is great and means you can head out for a meal and a few drinks without having to drive as there are loads of pubs, restaurants within a 5/10 mins walk away that cater for all tastes and budgets. A great little place to stay to relax and head back to bygone years . The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with a plenty of character and charm.

Room Tip: Stayed in the tudor room, view very good but there is a main road that is noisy. Full of character

Peter & Lianne are wonderful young hosts and do everything to make your stay memorable. Nothing is too much trouble and the food and service are really excellent. We have stayed in many B&Bs worldwide and this ranks with some of the best.

As the wife and I were the first to sample the haute cuisine in May this year that was presented to us by Peter the chef and manager of The Old Registry. I would like to mention that the food and variety of tastes were excellent that were served to us by Peter and his wife Leanne.
There is no doubt Peter is onto a winner as we preferred to stay in the B&B and sample their delights rather than go into Haworth. Good food and good company, who could ask for anything more.

This was our visit to area. Just returned having spent 3 wonderful nights here. A warm welcome, staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and freshly prepared. We ate in one evening and the food was superb and with a pleasant ambience in the restaurant. The rooms are all individually decorated and are full of character. Didn't want tot leave. Can't wait to return.

Upon arrival I wasnt sure what to expect. The B&B is situated between the cobbles of Main Street and the main road through Haworth however once through the front door it was a different world. My parents and I had 2 different but both equally as nice four poster rooms. Mine was the Music Room (ground floor) which had the obvious theme, a wonderful bathroom with a shower cubicle and bath and a great view across the park and hillside. My parents were in the Tudor Room (first floor) which again had even better views than mine but equally a good size room and bathroom. All very clean and bed very comfortable. Plenty of space for clothes and items.
The breakfast was excellent. A fabulous choice of cereals, fruits, yoghurts as well as vegetarian choices, Yorkshire hearty cooked breakfast, porridge, fish, omelettes but to name but a few.All food locally sourced and of good quality.
Excellent decor and a neat small bar area. All drinks and evening meals priced well with a good selection. The owners where lovely and all the staff friendly and extremely accommodating.
Would definitiely recommend this wonderful luxury B&B to anyone. A great place in a wonderful part of Yorkshire. A credit to the community.

Room Tip: The Pears rooms is in the loft area with a feature sky light, cosy and the view to die for. The Musi...

We had bought a "Unique Places to stay "package from Boots and as we had never been to Haworth chose the quaint Old Registry at the lower end of Main Street for our wedding anniversary. We were welcomed by Leanne and Bailey and shown to our room with four poster bed and huge well appointed bathroom overlooking the cobbled street. Parking was for villagers outside the Registry, but we were told we could leave the car at the Old Hall Pub across the road as we were guests and were given a window sticker. We asked about a meal in the village and Leanne brought us some menus for local restaurants. She didn't even mention dining in the Registry, but I said I would like to try it and she said her partner would be doing the meal. We had invited two friends to join us for our special day and with Leanne's reticence wondered whether we had made the right decision. We needn't have worried for Pete had created an absolute masterpiece and we and guests tucked into delicious fare placed before us. The following night we thought we would dine at the Old Hall where we had left the car, but as there was no dining room and prices were not cheap we returned to the Regstry. I had a sumptuous home made steak pie carefully prepared by Pete one of the best ever. Leanne told us that the restaurant was for B&B guests only as they didn't have any public toilets so couldn't open to teh public. What a shame as the quality and attention to detail for the food was top class.
Overall a great location in quaint and quirky property with service and friendliness of the highest order for our special day.

Room Tip: Overlooking the cobbled street .
