This hotel is a short walk to the centre of Bradford and very easy to find from the M606. It looks quite new and was immaculately clean. Automatic check-in or receptionist if you prefer (as we did)
Very friendly and efficient. We only stayed one night but the room was large, clean and very comfortable so we got a great night's sleep (as guaranteed by Premier Inns!)
All the facilities you need including 30 mins free wi-fi and a very clean bathroom with bath and shower (although I don't particularly like soap/body wash dispensers) Tea and coffee supplies were a bit meagre but the receptionist gave us lots more tea bags when we asked (we don't drink coffee)
We arrived fairly late (8pm) so we just wanted a quick evening meal which was served in the hotel restaurant. Good choice of menu although fairly basic fare as you would expect. Service was a bit slow but the waiters were very friendly and the meal was excellent value for money (especially if you had the £22 deal - a 3 course meal, drink and full English breakfast)
Parking is in a multi-storey (the Leisure Exchange) just across the street and was very cheap for a city centre carpark (we paid £3.60). In my experience, you always know what to expect from Premier Inns and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this particular hotel for a convenient, comfortable and reasonably priced overnight stay in Bradford.

I sometimes shudder involuntarily when I see some celeb type endorsing the virtues of a commodity he/she's been paid handsomely to extol the virtues of. 'Here we go again', I think to myself; another package dressed up with ad-man's propaganda straight out of Dr. Goebbels' textbook on how to make silk purses out of sow's ears.

Seeing as Premier were offering some do-able deals at their City centre branch that coincided with my visit to Bradford for yet another bacchanalia, I decided, along with a couple of friends, to give it a go. I'm glad that I did because this hotel is new, well-appointed, and the staff are really nice too. Sure, it ain't high-end luxury retreat but it isn't supposed to be; it's a comfortable hostelry in which to hang yer head and, if you like, watch the telly too. Nice flat-screen appliances there, for the use of. There's a decent-sized dining area, with good wholesome breakfasts (pay extra) and the opportunity to have dinner and neck some alcohol if you want some. The bed was ok, and the bathroom was fit for purpose if rather spartan in the manner of this class of hotel. Still, what you see is what you get so no worries.

Drawbacks? ever so slightly off the beaten track down a steep(ish) street (Vicar Lane), but so are a number of other hotels in Bradford so no big deal. Also, they really should offer FREE wi-fi throughout and 24/7; 'limited' deals in this area are a cop-out in my view, and if other hotel chains can offer it, so can this lot. Are you reading this, Premier??

In conclusion this is not however a bad hotel by any means to be fair. It has lots to recommend it, including the lady on what they call 'Reception' (compact and bijou??) on the morning of Sunday 7th October, when I checked out. Forgot yer name kiddo, but you were great.

Dear Doctor Darke Derby, thank you for a very interesting review following your recent stay with us. Sorry Lenny Henry was not here on this occasion. I am pleased to read that you thought that, the hotel is new, well-appointed, and the staff are really nice too.I have noted your comments re the WIFI, our head office do read all feedback left on Tripadvisor. I dont quite agree with your comment "ever so slightly off the beaten track" Bradford City Center is less than 3 minutes walk from the front door of the hotel, which gives us the added advantage of it been quiet outside the hotel bedrooms.
I see you have reviewed several Bradford hotels in the past, lets hope you may stay with us again and not one of our collegues in the city.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful - the receptionist was VERY generous with additional tea and coffee when we asked for it.

Only 1 slight moan - we ate in the hotel's restaurant and service was quite slow - the food was lovely though! It was also difficult to find - directions seemed to take us round in circles, although this could be due to new systems in the city centre.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap and cheerful stay :)

We stayed here for one night on a Saturday. We got parked straighaway in the £2.50 for 24hrs car park across the road (which you can come and go as you like from) and then walked to the hotel. We used the express check-in facility which we thought was great and especially useful since the receptionist was tied up with another party who seemed a little problematic.
We got to our room on the 8th floor, the elevator was very fast and it was the usual clean, warm and spacious room we come to expect from Premier Inn.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes from the city centre and across the road from the leisure complex where there are numerous restaurants, bowling and cinema.
Noise was minimal and we had a very good nights sleep and in the morning an excellent breakfast with Costa coffee on tap, all the food was hot and tasty.
All in all an excellent stay at this great hotel

Booked hotel in advance. Initially disappointed with parking. Had to park on double yellows while i accessed hotel to find out about parking arrngements. Informed i had 3 choices long term multi story bt would not be able to take car out without paying again(but secure), less secure parking but would be able to take car out or try and find a place in the street (limited).
Having just driven for 4 1/2 hours, tired, hungry this was not what i wanted to hear.
Dumped my cases etc in foyer and went to park car and got soaked on return walk.
However staff were fantastic, professional and very friendly. Room was excellent, clean, tidy and comfortable. Exceptionally nice hotel could have benefitted from supplying some smoking rooms for clients.
Evening meal ordinary but breakfast as wonderful as ever for premier inn.
Now i am aware of parking this would not be a problem for me in future.
