As a local we are regulars to the museum the addition of the internet area on on the ground floor is excellent and there is plenty on all floors to interest all ages great that its still free to get in only negative are the lifts with a 2 yr old and 9 mth old in a pushchair was advised the lifts can take up to 15 mins to reach relevant floor so ended up bumping the pushchair down the stairs which wasnt ideal but this doesnt ditract from an overall great experience.

Arrived during the week before Halloween and they were running a theme day based on scooby Doo. The museum is fantastic on its own. However, our daughters found the various activities brilliant. Even us parents were enjoying making monsters out of plastercine which were then used in a make your own family animation. Also, making light pictures. All good fun and completely free!

We visited the special Scooby Doo exhibition during October half-term. Our kids (5 & 2) really enjoyed dressing up as Scooby and the gang and loved making their own stop motion animation.

The staff are excellent, helpful and very friendly. There's so much to see I can't begin to list it. Oh and they have 3 cinemas, including an Imax.

Awesome!

Planned to spend an hour here but there was so much to see stayed for over 3. Excellent staff & the cafe food was tasty. Would return again as displays & films change regularly.
