The good points are the location, which is central to Bradford, and the free car parking which is always good in a large town or city.
The OK points were the facade, which is reminiscent of its past glories, and the foyer which remains grand and was staffed by staff who were generally helpful.
The room I was assigned was a smoker's room which, as I don't smoke, wasn't great, plus it was too hot and it took me a while to get a sash window opened. Other than that it was clean & tidy, but had a flickering wall light and a dodgy TV.
The main bad point was the breakfast which was below average, especially the coffee which had clearly been kept on the hot-plate too long.
Overall it was an OK stay and it was at an OK price so I can't really grumble but the Midland could do a lot better with not a lot more effort or expense so I'll look forward to the time when they do.
