I have been working in Leeds over the last few weeks and the company l have been working for put me into this Hotel, it is not a leisure Hotel it is more for contractors, l have no idea of the overnight cost per room but the it is very basic, if your is room is facing the trading estate it's quiet but if at the back facing the motorway no sleep, not a Hotel l would choose if l was paying.

Room Tip: Choose a room at the front but not on the third floor (very noisy)

Visited on a weekend break a little apprehensive as we knew it was located on a trading estate but all our concerns were dispelled as soon as we stepped up to the reception desk where we were greeted by a young man with a big smile and a warm welcome.
He was very attentive and keen to ensure we had all the information we may need.
The rooms are a good size ,very comfortable, clean and bright with king size bed and air conditioning.
We ate in the restaurant both evenings where the food and service were excellent , in fact every member of staff we encountered was extremely helpful and seemed genuinely happy to provide the service, assistance or information we required.
Well done, will certainly use this hotel chain again.

Very large clean room, huge bed, very comfortable. Surprisingly quite considering the hotel is at the side of the motorway. Breakfast excellent, upgraded to the cooked breakfast, very filling, could not do it justice. Staff very nice and friendly. Enjoyed my stay, WIFI was very good too

Very large, clean comfortable rooms. Very quiet. As good a night's sleep as at home. Breakfast cooked to order and excellent. No complaints at all. Staying there again in a couple of weeks. Excellent.

Visited with a discount deal, and pleasantly surprised with the quality of the reception and room. Clean, well furnished and comfortable. One of the easiest wifi systems to hook up to and operated throughout the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the young lady on duty was attentive in ensuring that our needs were catered for.
We did use the restaurant for one evening meal following a hectic day and the food on offer was basic. Regrettably the pasta dish ordered by my wife had obviously been reheated in a microwave nod was cooking on whilst on the table in front of her, so that by the time she was halfway through the remaining pasta was overcooked and very hard.
All in all though this was a good base for our weekend and we would be happy to return.

Room Tip: We were on the ground floor and not facing the motorway, not sure about those rooms facing out onto...

It's a good, friendly place. Convenient for local business but also for the motorways.
Only downsides: the hot water is dangerously hot and the desk chair is painfully uncomfortable. Also, there are no grab rails for the bath so I'd recommend an accessible room if you're at all unsteady.
Restaurant is pub grub but cheap and good enough. Would happily stay again but will bring my own cushion.

I travel a lot with business and research as much as I can in advance, this hotel was no exception and in the main in this area you are either expensive city centre or countryside B&B so this hotel was good compromise. I could not been happier with the Reception, the room, the facilities, the Bar and the Restaurant. There is definitely an air of professionalism and commitment in this quite large hotel that is missing from many others in its class. Great value and I would recommend to all, well done ...

Room Tip: Upper floors are quieter
