I ordered quite a big order since my brother kept on saying that status fisheries fish is nice. So I took his word for it & being it the weekend I placed a order of 4 fish & chips, 3 cheese burger meals & 1 cheese burger meal with only cheese & no salad & sauce on this meal because I told the man who was on the phone to make sure they remember because my son is allergic to sauces. After 20 mins my brother picked up the food but there were no drinks with the meals? Also all the cheese burgers had salad & sauce. I rang them up and told the man on the phone and he put the phone down then I rang again & asked for the manager & they put me on hold. Finally my brother rang & then he was told the manager is off & will be back on Monday. So what kind of customer service is this when we pay for the food & if my son ate the burger with sauces he would have ended up in hospital. So status in my eyes has fallen
