Easy parking either outside the pub or in one of the two car parks the pub has. Nice friendly welcome from behind the bar which has a couple of real ales, good range of lagers and ciders. Promptly shown our seats in the resturant, We had pre choosen our meal so didn't need to decide from from the menu, which all looked delicious and home cooked. We had ordered Chauteaubriand which came with chunky twice cooked chips, onion rings, large mushrooms, baby carrott, parsnips, rocket salad and cherry tomatos. The steak was cooked medium rare and was perfect it melted in the mouth. Cheese and biscuits to follow, local cheese presented beautifully and tasted great.
Can't fault the pub, staff, service and of course the food. Give a go you will not regret it.
