I'd say my partner and I visit this Prezzo around once per month thanks to tesco club card vouchers (£10 worth of vouchers gets you £40 to spend on food) the food is always tasty and the staff and chefs are very accomadating to any changes!

We visit with our 6 month old daughter and they always fit us in where there is plenty if room for us to pop the pushchair!

Ultimately it's part of a chain of restaurants, sometimes something comes out and it's not overly warm, just tell them and they will fix it! There's a large menu with plenty of choice whether you want a healthier option or the honeycomb smash cheesecake ( soooo delicious) we would highly recommend it!

We visited this restaurant at lunchtime, fairly busy, staff were very welcoming and willing to assist in suggestions on offer at lunchtime, they were well versed in what was in the dishes on offer, which is always a great plus. The food was served hot my only complaint is Spaghetti Bolognaise lacked meat and could have had more sauce to accompany this dish , considering the prices charged this dish let Prezzo down. Another member of the party had a Pizza with a good amount of toppings. All in all we will visit again but will not choice the same dishes next time.

We visited Prezzo on Sunday (14th April) it was lunshtime so was quiet; service was excellent and the food was consistent to other Prezzo's being of a reasonable but consistently good standard making for a nice family occassion. These restaurants only seem to employ eastern European staff and we had struggled making ourselves understood recently at Prezzo in Amersham but no such problems in Chichester where staff were friendly and attentive. Prezzo's always represents good value with a voucher (25% off in this case). We have now dined at about 10 different Prezzos and like the chain which always has something for everyone and do excellent pizzas and pasta. The light choices (with salad) and the mini dessert are particualarly nice.

Easter monday, and Chichester was booked out and we were late. Prezzo had space. Nice interior, a bit cosy with beams and plaster and brick bits and sofas while your table is readied.

Service initially stilted; waitresses (portuguese?) not quite being welcoming. The draft beer is, according to the menu, not available in all restaurants, and indeed not available here. I asked politely if the item could be taped out and was looked at blankly. Bottled is another £2 a pint.

Things improved with further with smiles and starters. The sharing charcuterie platter was quite good and my daughter liked her calamari (though the local chinese does the truly ace squid, sorry). Mains were pleasant, but when you notice the taste of the tomato paste on the pizza and the spaghetti is only just coated with the carbonara sauce, it's not so hot.

Price for 4, £70 plus tip.

I've visited this restaurant before and it was just okay. However, this time we had a wonderful time. We were initially put on a table close to the cellar which was a bit cold. After asking, we the waiter found us a table upstairs, even though they were at that time only catering downstairs (early evening). Despite being the only group upstairs initially (it was full by th time we left), the service was very good and attentive. The food was excellent, even from the childrens' menus (which can sometimes be a bit dull). Pizzas, rissottos and pasta were excellent, especially the pumpkin ravioli in saffron sauce. Only slight issue was that the wine (Fiano), which was not served fully chilled. However, they then put it into a holder that had been in the freezer! Overall a very pleasant evening.
