We were down in Chichester for a wedding with our two little girls. We stayed two nights with Kamala and Alex, and have to say they were great hosts, good conversation and lots of help. Staying as a family was easy with plenty of room for all of us. The rooms were clean, fresh, quiet and nicely decorated. The girls loved the nice touch of flapjacks in the room. Breakfast was a real treat, great variety and a freshly cooked English. We had ours in the garden instead of the dining room, which was nice because the girls were able to run around and feel comfortable. With the personal touches it was overall better than a hotel.

We stayed at this super B & B in February and have just come back for a second stay. We took all three rooms this time for a family get together. Kamala is so warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We had breakfast in the garden on both days which was delightful. The rooms are very attractive and we also used the lovely downstairs sitting room. Breakfast is very good indeed, and we enjoyed trying all the homemade jams. Kamala even packed up some of the delicious apple cake for us as we were too full to try it at breakfast. There is so much to do in and around Chichester and Alex & Kamala were very knowledgeable and keen to help when we needed it. Would recommend very highly.

Room Tip: The suite at the back of the house with a separate sitting room is particularly good.

Absolutely everything was thought of to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble with Kamala on hand to find local transport service times, provide delicious, mouth watering cookies for our return in the evening and generally provide a really good source of local knowledge which enriched our holiday. Cleanliness is at a premium here and a visual feast in every room with the lovely art work on display. The location is ideal with an easy walk into the city centre and not far from the railway station, making trips to the coast and Arundel Castle easy for those who want to leave the car at home. An excellent base for a tour of such a lovely cultural and natural environment in and around Chichester.

Room Tip: All rooms are equally suitable.

We stayed at this delightful B & B for our first trip to Goodwood and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Kamala and Alex are the perfect hosts, attentive and full of local knowledge. They have collected some unique pieces of art over the years which give the house an interesting edge.
One other great thing was the off-road parking and it's only a few minutes walk into town where there's some good restaurants.
We will be coming back to Goodwood and hope we'll be able to stay with Kamala and Alex again - providing they can fit us in! (We were lucky in that they had just had a last minute cancellation).
Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I recently spent a week at this charming B&B and highly recommend it. It's location is within easy walking distance to town and centrally located to many other activities and sights in the area. The décor throughout is lovely and one has the use of a sitting room downstairs which is very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfasts offer just about anything you could want. The owners are extremely accommodating, as well. It's evident they love the area and are more than happy to give suggestions and guidance as to what to see and do as well as help out with whatever needs may arise during your stay.

An attractively decorated and welcoming guest house, ideally located within a few minutes walk of the centre of Chichester but easy to find from the ring road. This is really a 4.5 star rating rather than 4. Rooms are generous: one has its own sitting room and our room had comfortable armchairs. Guests have the use of a sitting room with log fire, magazines and books. Friendly owners. Good choice of breakfasts, nicely cooked. Also convenient for Goodwood. Recommended.
