Visiting the Pallant Gallery for the excellent Burra exhibition I needed a light lunch and had heard the cathedral restaurant was good; it is. The modern light building has been cleverly added to the south side of the cloisters with a sunny garden (no sun on my visit - just dripping coats). Food was fresh and with a good choice. Only two wines but my red Pays d'Oc was very good. Good clean toilets. Friendly smiling waitresses add to the experience.
