We dined at The Fish House on Christmas Eve. The food, in terms of presentation and taste was fabulous. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Chef Austin Gosling and his team present innovative menu items in a way that I can only dream of. Each course was a 'wow'.
It was really great to be able to read a paragraph about each cheese on offer before making a selection. More restaurants should follow this example.
The restaurant is several miles North of Chichester 'in the middle of nowhere'. But it is certainly worth the drive and, of course, you can stay the night and sample wine from an excellent list. Most wines are sensibly priced but there are some that are way out of the normal pocket!.
