Comfortable size room, everything you would expect at a Premier Inn and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. Whatever Premier Inn are doing to make sure their staff are so good, others could really do with taking note. I have stayed in far more expensive hotels and not felt as comfortable or as welcome. The room was nice and quiet and clean.

Room Tip: Rooms on car park side perfect from noise point of view

Had a disabled room near reception. Not the nicest room to stay in as rails everywhere and sliding door to bathroom. They clearly weren't full so not sure why they gave me that room. Was on ground floor and found noise from room above was bad. It's in an old building so perhaps that was why but found it very irritating. They may have been particularly noisy I guess. Heating was via radiator and every time it came on it would crack with sound of metal expanding. Noisy in middle of night. Not the best heating system although effective enough. Staff very pleasant, had dinner and breakfast in attached restaurant and thought waiting staff were great. They were very busy but made sure to give a solo dinner plenty of attention, so thanks.

Thank you for your review on your recent stay at Arundel Premier Inn. I am sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We always allocate a room which has been booked by the guest and for some reason a disabled Accessible Room had been booked and allocated. For future reference always speak to the Reception team who will be happy to assist in helping you change your room type where possible. Once again thank you for your review.

We spent a weekend in Worthing with our seven month old daughter and chose to stay at this Arundel hotel based on its TripAdvisor ratings. It didn't disappoint. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean. We slept really well thanks to the large comfy bed and the dark curtains! The little one seemed happy in her travel cot as well.

Breakfast the next morning was as one would expect from a Premier Inn, worth going for the premier to get some cooked stuff.

The only minor grumble we had was that when we arrived at breakfast we were told there were no high chairs as they had all been booked. So we had to have our daughter sitting on our knees. We had not been told that high chairs had to be booked in advance, so some notice when we arrived would have been good.

We booked two nights at this Premier Inn for £64 and we are always amazed at the value for money that we receive. The staff at both the Inn and the adjoining Beefeater eaterie were a delight and so helpful. On notifying reception soon after our arrival that we had no heating in our room,a plug in radiator was brought up to us within minutes and the room was cosy and warm in next to no time . Our only negative comment would be that our room,no.20,had no view as such having a flat roof outside with a wall facing our window. As I suffer from claustrophobia I was dismayed by this but felt it unfair to complain as we were only staying for 2 nights.

Room Tip: Perhaps avoid room 20 as the view is a flat roof with a wall.

we booked this hotel for 1 night away from home for a birthday treat after recently having chemotherapy treatment and a bmt... apart of my recovery is still to be isolated as much as possible from the general public and not eat out as i am still immune supressed, when explaining this to maurice on reception he very kindly offered to arrange for us to sit in the resturant in a secluded booth and also explained to thr resturant staff about the food assured me it was cooked to order . when we arrived at the resurant later that evening we were shown to our booth and there were ballons on the table which was very touching . we had a fabulous meal and retired back to our room .The next morning we went back to the resturant and was seated in the same place and had breakfast freshly cooked to order and the manager ( didnt catch his name ) brought over a little muffin with a candle in for my birthday again so very thoughful , we cannot fault one single thing about our stay and without any doubt would stay again . the staff were outstanding and the room was spotless clean and very comfortable highly recommended .

Stayed for one night when visiting the area for a wedding. Premier Inns are usually our preferred options for short breaks because of their good standard. The Premier Inn at Arundel is the best we have stayed in. The service both in the hotel and the adjacent Beefeater restuarant was brilliant. Every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful and could not have been more welcoming. The room in the hotel was clean and perfect for a short stay. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the Beefeater and could not fault the service and quality of the food. All in all an excellent experience all round.

We arrived mid-morning due to a cracked car windscreen. Asking if we could park earlier Sheila on reception offered to store our bags if needed, very much appriciated. After lunching in the adjacent Beefeater Sheila got us into our room a little early to allow us to dry out and warm up, a very nice gesture. Room was as we have come to expect from Premier Inn, clean and tidy. Our room was at the rear of the hotel so was lovely and quiet. We have no hesitation is recommending this Premier Inn.
