“Nice place to stay”
Reviewed November 3, 2012

We stayed here for a long weekend and the Hotel is excellent. Staff are very helpful, rooms clean and tidy. We had the breakfast package at the attached Beefeater restaurant and this was excellent as well. Overall we cannot fault the stay and place, well worth a visit.

Just returned from a 3 night stay in Arundel. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint was the noise from the room above us which was almost constant on one night. The breakfasts were lovely and service excellent. We did eat in the Beefeater on our first night, and whilst the food was ok it was a little pricey and nothing special.
We will be staying here again I'm sure

We have had the pleasure of staying at this establishment while visiting family & have returned for a few more visits since.

It is a very modern looking building on the outskirts of the beautiful Village of Arundel with a large car park. The railway station is opposite which was very convenient especially when you are laden down with luggage.

The staff are very attentitive & friendly & the rooms are spotlessly clean & very comfortable. There is a Beefeater Restaurant on the Premises where you can enjoy a meal, or chill out with a drink. A buffet breakfast is also served here, plenty of variety to keep everybody happy......
The beautiful historic Arundel Castle is a 10 minute walk away for all Historians to visit.

This Hotel is excellent value for money.................

We were going to wedding and decided to explore Arundel . The Premier Inn was up to the normal standard with a few reservations . The receptionist on duty when we arrived , Janine was most helpful with details of taxis to the wedding venue .The room lacked a few basics ,a phone ,a safe ,although reception has a safe that can be used , and a shaver socket ! I was OK as I have a beard !! Lucky ! The restaurant had a good selection ,the steak was well cooked and the breakfasts were excellent . The Premier Inn promotion of "stay 3 times and get a free night " is misleading .it has to be 3 SEPARATE stays in 3 Inns 3 nights at one venue doesn`t qualify .I wonder what trading standards would make of the "small print" We may find out !!!! What has Premier Inn got to say??

Thank you for your review on your recent stay at Arundel Premier Inn, I am glad that Janine was able to help you in getting a taxi to the wedding venue, and are pleased that you found our beefeater restaurant to have a good selection and that the food met your expectations, we will pass the compliments to the restaurant. We are however sorry to hear that you have found our Great Night Giveaway promotion to appear misleading, our terms and conditions state "consecutive nights at the same hotel will only qualify as a single stay irrespective of the number of nights stayed" I will however pass your feedback on to the relevant department. Once again thank you for your comments and we hope to welcome you back to Premier Inn in the near future.

Booked online and open arrival completing the reservation was straight forward. My room was on the ground floor and at the end of the corridor. The second that I opened the door the room had a musty damp smell to it. Wifi is not free but I wish they would give you the option to purchase at the time of booking as I had to pay again for this service which is annoying and most hotels offer this free now. Car park was fine and right next to the hotel. Room was clean and tidy. I would probably look for alternative accommodation next time. I am still yet to find a Premier Inn for £30! This cost me £90 for the room plus an additional £8 for breakfast hardly cheap.

Every hotel needs a Maurice! He greeted us when we arrived late and tired from dreadful traffic on M25/M3. He was friendly, attentive and helpful and quickly got us checked in and to our room. The room itself was as you would now expect from Premier - warm and comfortable. We only styaed the night as we were attending our daughters graduation at Chichester but felt refreshed next day after good nights sleep. And it all started with Maurice.
