The service is shocking. I booked a table on the Monday night for 4 people for 7.30 for the Friday night, when we got there they were extremely busy and told is there was a 10 minute wait, that's not a problem we go and have a drink and were happy to chat whilst waiting. After 20 minutes had passed by we asked when our table would be ready to be told they were extremely busy and they were just going to clear some tables! Another 15 minutes later we are still waiting, a party of 7 came in and they seated them straight away at this point we were not happy, after complaining again they seated us about 5 minutes later! The food is ok, but it's not as authentic as it was before the refurb. On the upside the manager did give us 10% discount but only after asking!

Just returned from a Sunday lunchtime visit to Wing Wah. Buffet style food, plenty of it but very busy. Could be more vegetables/salad, but all the main Chinese and Indian dishes were there. Husband was disappointed no prawns, just beef, pork and chicken...don't bother if you are a vegetarian! Children loved trying new dishes and the chocolate fountain, soft icecream, crepes and candy floss a big hit! Great value too, £35 for a family of 4 including drinks, we all had plenty of visits! Only downside was the staff....no smiles, just shown to the table and left to it. Pay on the way out and the man on the till didn't say a word. Bit rude, but all that said we would go again. If you want a quick meal go, but I wouldn't recommend for a special occasion.

4 of use ate and drank (one round of cokes the rest of the time water) for £43!!!!!!! Amazing value. A takeaway for 4 where I live is around that price! There is quite a lot of fried food and the duck with pancakes were not as nice as we've had but for a family re fuel and chat you can't fault it. We went up and down. It was great to see a range of deserts. The service was good. We will go again.

Visited the Wig Wah for the first time last night,....which will be my last !
I ve had better school dinners, the food was bland ,greasy and not at all nice.
The restaurant is canteen style , geared up for families with children., At £ 11.99 per adult was not at all happy with the quality. Even though it was a buffet didn't have my monies worth .
