We visited to celebrate a family reunion and the choice of restaurant was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed and cool (perfect during the current heatwave) and the decor was lovely throughout. We ate from the fixed-price menu and the food was good too, which was amazing considering it had to compete for our attention on what was a hugely significant family event. Our waiter was attentive without hassling us - and that was greatly appreciated by all. He also very kindly took photographs for us (on a range of cameras!) so that we all came away with pictures of the whole group - really appreciated that.

Great evening with good service & food. We've been a few times now & it's been consistently good. The sharing platters to start are great when there are a few of you to all share together. The staff are attentive but without asking you constantly if you want anything else. Looking forward to going back!

Visited on a Friday evening. When we arrived there were not many customers, so the atmosphere was a bit lacking, however the decoration and cleanliness was immaculate. We were given a selection of tables in different parts of the restaurant, we did consider a table by the window, but these were tiny tables with two chairs, we hate to be cramped and like a bigger table so went for a 4 seat table in the center of the room. The chairs looked nice, but with flat wooden seats and no cushions, were not very comfortable!

The menu was quite varied, and for a city-center venue, reasonable priced, as we only wanted a main, we decided on steak Frites and boeuf bourginon, we both had a bottled beer to go with the meal.

The service was excellent and very friendly. The food appeared in a reasonable time, and was very well cooked, the steak was actually done medium rare, as requested, this doesn't happen very often.

By the time we received the food the restaurant had started to fill up, and the drawback (for us) of a large open-plan dining room made itself obvious, in that the noise levels went up dramatically, and it was difficult to hold a conversation, but the mainly young clientelle did seem to be enjoying themselves.

Overall an enjoyable meal in bright modern surroundings, but for us it would have been nice if ther had been some alcoves or other areas slighly separated from the very noisy main part of the dining room.

We ate here on Saturday 14th June 2014 and booked a table for 8.00pm. It was excellent, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff were all very smart indeed, very polite and professional but not “stuffy”, all very friendly and efficient. A waitress, Georgina, from Hungary whose English was amazing did us a huge favour by emphasising to our 14 year old son just how important it is to learn a language. She was a walking advert for this!! A waiter called Shawkat told us of his half Jordanian background. This chap absolutely made my evening with his humour, intellect and views (not to mention great looks and figure!!). All the staff were brilliant but these two really stood out.

The food was fantastic, and we all managed three courses, along with beers before and wine with. Too full for coffees or anything after though. We were lucky that we were using Tesco Reward vouchers which covered the cost of the food leaving just the drinks to pay for.

This large, spacious and modern restaurant is right next to the Belgrade Theatre in what appears to be an area being developed. There was a nice atmosphere in the area and we easily picked up a taxi outside to get back to our hotel.
