Don't get me wrong, Coombe Park is a beautiful place. I come here several times a week in fact. But as a responsible dog owner I'd like to highlight the lack of adequate bins for dog waste. It's not nice to have to walk for ages with a swinging bag of dog poop in my hand. It can't be much to ask for a couple more bins in the park? It may just even encourage the more selfish irresponsible dog owners to clean up after their pets if more bins are on view?

Agreeing with many many other reviewers regarding the car parking fees, the current prices simply do not justify what the park offers. Potentially, Coombe Park could be amazing, but Coventry City Council are really fleecing visitors to this wonderful space. Thank goodness I now live within walking distance of the park so I'm no longer getting ripped off when I visit. But I really feel for customers forced to pay such insulting car parking charges.

the land management and dedication of the wardens who were friendly and helpful when questioned, they all seemed to enjoy their jobs and were friendly. The park is a credit to the council and its wardens

This is a beautiful vast open green space. Take the kids to feed the ducks. Have a wander round the woodland trail and enjoy a vast open space for picnics and ball games. Perfect for all the family. Also a beautiful country hotel perfect for weddings.
