I usually stay at the travel lodge when i visit my mother in Coventry, however this trip i stayed at the premier inn near the theatre. The best choice i have made this year, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and i genuinely got the "good night guarantee" that the promote.
Massive thank you to martyn on nights who not only helped me with my bags, but also arranges taxis for me to get where i needed to be.
My only downside was the extra distance from the hotel to town centre, but even that wasn't clouded too much as i was able to take my mother to one the restaurants on the walk to the hotel entrance. Will be staying here again in the future!

Another excellent night at a Premier Inn! Close to city centre shops and 6 minute taxi ride from station. Excellent sized and equipped room as usual. Rapid and plentiful hot water for shower. Quiet and peaceful! Good restaurant and decent menu - fish and chips was good. Full night's sleep as guaranteed. Excellent eat all you want breakfast including cooked option. Excellent value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault this place.

My first time at this hotel. Their motto, (See title above), lives up to its claim. Good food was also available.
As a retired Member of the HCIMA, I was taken away by the helpful and friendliness of the young receptionist called Kirsty. Nothing was too much trouble for her and always had a smile on her face. Other staff were pleasant and helpful as well, but Kirsty stood out from everyone else.
So I was surprised to find out that she was a university student training to be a lawyer, and not in the profession
Excellent hotel with a reasonable price.

Room Tip: For quietness, book a room which is on one of the three top floors.

I regularly stay in PTI's in London so selected this one based on overall perception of the brand. I wasn't let down. The welcome at check-in was excellent and i wasn't disappointed with the room on the 6th floor. I was amazed to find the room had a/c which given the fact it was 30 degrees outside was a relief. Breakfast was fine - continental choice and the hot food was cooked to order - good in one sense in that it was freshly cooked but not so good in that you can't go back for more like you can in the buffet ones in London. The coffee was rubbish - shame seeing as they use Costa Coffee machines in some hotels but not in this one; plus the breakfast room could be better laid out. Having to share the lift with cages full of smelly bedding was a bit annoying also - didn't they put a special lift in when they built the place?
