We made a mistake of going there on the Chinese New Year Day without having made the reservation. It was 3 in the afternoon but the place was still fully packed. We had to stand there at the front for 15 minutes before the staff came to give up a queue ticket. We had to almost an hour, even though we saw a few tables were starting to be available. We didn't have their buffet, but we ordered from the a la carte menu. The food came pretty fast and almost everything we ordered tasted great. My favourites were the Beef Ho Fun, the Fried rice with the seafood gravy on top, the rolled noodles, the scallop dumplings and the pork congee (porridge). They were worth the wait. The service staff took quite some time in setting up and didn't give us enough utencils. The plates came without the chopsticks, or the individual bowls came without the spoons. There were small errors like that, but it was understandable since the restaurant was obviously very busy.
