Description: With a Sistine Chapel reproduction ceiling, marble-effect tables and a Bollywood themed champagne bar, Peppers restaurant is a must for all lovers of kitsch décor and delicious Indian food. Located in the heart of Birmingham’s restaurant district in Broad Street, the award-winning chefs have created an extensive pan-Asian menu that includes authentic favourites with a contemporary twist including the Malaysian spicy king prawns, tender lamb shanks and the special laal maas. Perfect for a pre or post dinner drink, the buzzing bar plays host to a resident DJ spinning traditional Bollywood tunes Thursday through to Saturday nights. The vibrant atmosphere, sensational food and attentive service make Peppers the perfect venue for birthdays and fun nights out with colleagues or friends.

“Amazing food, but...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 11, 2012

We stay over at the local Ramada hotel for Jubilee weekend and visited Peppers during our stay. The restaurant is a beautiful design, lighting is perfect and the atmosphere is somewhat electric. The service is very quick, we had 2 courses in less than an hour. The staff aren't really that friendly, I work within a restaurant and feel the service was lacking a little bit. Saying that, the food was prompt and for the price, you got a LOT of food! It was all cooked beautifully, and a great choice too. I would come back again for the food and the atmosphere, and would reccommend it to people looking for a little something different.

“good food at a good price”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 21, 2012

The food is very good the the money, expecially if you have a taste card- I paid £30 for 2 2 course meals with all the extras and 4 beers. Taste card gives you 50% off so makes it well worth a visit and it is in a central location so excellent if you are going for a night out afterwards or if you have just been shopping!
