Couldn't fault this hotel. Me and my friends went out on the town and looked for a cheap place to crash for the night. It was clean, service was good. The rooms were basic but up to date. Would definitely stay again due to the good location of it. It also has free parking.

Stayed here numerous times, the room is very basic but does the job. Its best to book early as the price of the room increases the later you leave it to book the room. Its Ideally located near near some fun bars and the bullring shopping centre, when i stayed here at weekends parking can be an issue as there is only limited sapces.

The location of the hotel is centralized which is good for visitors. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However, the service was not too good; my room was not cleaned on time and the duvets were not changed. Other than these, I and my family had a wonderful experience. The amenities provided were of excellent quality and were up to standard. I was surprised by the size of the room; it was quite large and I really liked it. The service provided by members of staff at the reception was exceptional and I was impressed. However as mentioned earlier, I was not too pleased with the room service and I hope that this will be improved.

2nd stay at Etap in B`ham. Good value for price paid. Room, linen, bathroom etc all clean and tidy. Wet room principal good but need to provide floor cloth/more towels as everywhere gets wet. TV remote didn`t work, only 2 towels with 3 staying. Car park always full. Overall good value but extras can add up like breakfast, parking ( if spaces!)shower gel, wi-fi which can push price up.

TV reception is an on going problem, channels changing place, no audio or audio levels incorrect, radio stations non existent - very frustrating experience and is the same problem week in and week out.
