Stopped for one night, only £40 which was half the price of most other nearby towns as Bruce Springsteen was playing in Coventry - check-in was easy and staff were pleasant - massive car park - surrounding area looks a bit run down - and corridoors did smell of smoke. Room was very spacious, the curtains were coming off but they still stayed up. Room was basic but was clean. Shower made a bit of a noise, but closing the bathroom door solved this - if in need of another cheap room I would stay again!

Don't pay for the breakfast it's not worth the money. The TV set looks like it's going to fall off the wall if you turn it on. I had to repair the shower myself before I could use it and staff were non existent. The room was freezing on arrival.
I had to pick my wife up from the airport in the early hours and spent an "enjoyable" fifteen minutes trying to get the night porters attention to let us in. I eventually rang the hotel which got his attention. Only stay here if there is absolutely no alternative

there was a reggae disco playing through the night on one of our nights stay. no sleep at all. room fairly clean. not what I expected.
hotel not really good for business travellers, we had a conference to attend for 2 nights and was not the best to have to get up and attend a conference after a sleepless night.

DO NOT BOOK this hotell! It is not a hotel. It is a dump. I lasted one awful, sleepless night, then got out as fast as I could. The room I was allocated stank of cigarette smoke and it was obvious staff knew about this because the room windows were wide open (in December?!). I rang down to Reception and was moved by the poor lad who was on duty (actually a very nice lad). The second room was only slightly better. The hotel was undergoing refurbishment and should not have been open.

Stayed here for one night for a night out in the city centre. The hotel was booked by friend's dad and I had no control over the matter.

Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a miserable teenage boy on reception who had a limited grasp of the English language and absolutely no social skills whatsoever.

The room was disgusting, with chewing gum trodden into the carpets, curtains hanging off their rails and someone else's hair strewn around everywhere. The bedding was stained, as was pretty much everything in the room.

An abnormal amount of taxi drivers hang around in the car park at the weekend but for some reason are unable to actually take hotel residents anywhere.

Did not eat here, did not drink here, did not spend more than about 10 hours here in total.

This hotel does not have one redeeming feature... Except maybe the exit doors.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have been to! The receptionist is incredibly rude, our room was not cleaned and upon return, we were told that we were in the wrong. The hotel provided no service at all and is keen to argue with customers! Incredibly unhelpful! I regret booking and deciding to stay at this low class 'hotel'. I would not ever return to this place and advise everyone to stay away!!!
