we were in Birmingham for a concert stayed at this hotel for easy access to the arena Really nice hotel clean room staff very friendly and helpful came with a free cooked breakfast and choice of juices coffee and pastries would stay here again .
Easy access to bar's restaurant's and shopping..
Parking is available at the rear of the building for £12 for 24 hrs might put some off but a lot cheaper then the parking in the other car park's.

This Hampton Inn is located on Broad St which comes alive at night. The hotel is bustling too - my selected room on the 16th floor was in good shape and had nice views towards the city centre and was quiet enough. Included breakfast was busy also, but there was a good selection and it was all well prepared and staffed. Good WiFi. A good choice.

Fist time stayed in Birmingham and what a great choice of hotel. Right in the hub of things, pubs, clubs, concert halls, museums etc. Really clean hotel, rooms, public areas, descent free wifi in your room and a fantastic complimentary hot/cold breakfast. All staff I came across went out of their way to be very pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel 5*

Rude staff when asked for more tea coffee facility’s and loud air conditioning system even when turned off on the 17 th floor and drunk kids trying to work elevator
Breakfast is good but not enough seating for all guests do you end up eating with random strangers
Great location for broad street but if you want a quiet room have one high up and at the back because the streets are packed at 3 am when the clubs kick out and the roads have all the sports cars cruising up and down and they are really loud

Great value for money in a city convenient location. Rooms are noisy though as the air conditioning is on all the time, even when switched off. That said, the room was clean and the complimentary breakfast is good.
