After staying at hiltons I was dissapointed with this hotel. You have to pay £10 for 24 hours parking which I felt was a lot being as you are paying so much for the rooms. We stayed on the 10th floor and it was a nightmare waiting for the lift as it seemed to take for ever to arrive on our floor.
The reception is on the 3rd floor and to check in you are all standing in front of the lifts so this causes a lot of trouble as you are not sure who is waiting for reception and who is waiting for a lift.
Breakfast was a bit of a free for all as it was buffet style but no order to getting it so people were going every way to get things. It was very stressful then while balancing a tray of food it was a mission to find a table that was empty.
The hotel was clean as you would expect but I would not be in a rush to go back here.
