Horrible concert venue, the sound bounces all around the hall, and sounds very hollow. Ill mannered staff, that wear "here to help" tee shirts but are of no help what so ever. Seating that leaves you in agony after a few min's of being seated, as you have no leg room. Over priced food and drink, with huge lines waiting to be served, but the lines are nowhere near as long as they are to use the toilets.

Thought I was going to German Market, husband bought tickets for Michael Buble as a surprise. We had front row seats at the side but very cramped as husband is 6ft 2 . Couple sitting next to us asked to be moved as he was 5 inches taller .Good for us as husband could sit sideways !!! Show was brilliant and cameras were everywhere as they were recording for a DVD.Unfortunately one cameraman kept blocking my view ,but still enjoyable evening.

We visited the NIA to watch Lady Gaga's artRave show. Our friend is in a wheelchair so we used the wheelchair access door, (which could have been more clearly signposted). The door staff, on inspection of our tickets, decided our seats were not suitable for us and we were taken to customer services and they moved all 5 of us to a better location, with proper disabled seating and fantastic views. It was our friends first ever concert so he was chuffed to bits with the whole experience and the staff definitely helped. The only downside is the food and beverage prices are ridiculously high.

The hospitality package was cool but this place is a death trap if there is a fire! Really annoyed that the hospitality people would let us leave via the entrance we came in! Recommend not leaving the arena on the close and then walking around the inner gallery walkway to the main entrance. Trying to get out this place is crazy! No where near enough exits! The Arena was good and comfortable. Leaving you have to walk into town really although a car park is near by but traffic looked busy as you would expect. Great night out though..
