Stayed one night on business. First time at this hotel. Have visited the Brindley Place area before but didn't realise how close hotel is to lots of bars and restaurants.
Hotel restaurant was clean and modern, although dining alone was offered to choose where to sit in the evening and for breakfast the next day. Food prepared to a high standard and generous portion sizes. Breakfast is self service buffet style with lots of choice plus a chef to make omelettes to order and a self cook waffle machine. Good strong coffee too. Rooms have everything you could need including an iron and hair dryer. Highlight of the room has to be an iMac with unlimited access to the www!

I came here to celebrate my anniversary for the weekend on the 20th-22nd sept. The reception staff were helpful and even offered at 10% off the car parking price which was a nice bonus! The rooms weren't large but the sizing wasn't an issue as the space was big enough for the two nights. The location was fantastic! As it was located in a small village of bars and restaurants and the bull ring was located a 10 min taxi drive away! We Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for business and it was very nice but the restaurant needed some work. Food was very slow and I had to remind the staff I had not received my drinks after 15mins. This happened twice I stayed at this hotel. Breakfast can be chaotic when it is busy as I have often found my table to be occupied after returning from getting some food.

We're in Birmingham for a conference and stayed here. It was ideal, very clean, modern and in great location but also very quiet with no outside noise. Would definitely stay again if back down here in the future.

Had Booked a weekend stay with two separate day bookings which reception handled with a smile
This helpfulness set the tone for the weekend.the rooms are not large but are well thought out.
At breakfast besides the usual Hilton offer you have the opportunity to make your own hot waffle, an interesting experience. The friendly staff did not hassle us to go at the end of service which made for a relaxing start to the day. We were at one of two dining receptions at the hotel that night and again were served by friendly bar and dining staff.
We left on Sunday with a mental note to use this hotel again when we were next in Birmingham

Thank you so much for leaving your great comments following your most recent stay with us. Its always a pleasure to read that someone has enjoyed their experience as we always aim to exceed guest expectations wherever we can. We have to agree that our freshly made waffles are definitely worth trying and along with the eggs cooked to order, and the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant, it does make breakfast a pleasant experience in the morning.

We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

This is a well located hotel right in the heart of Birmingham. My room was not large, but was modern, clean and comfortable. In room dining had a limited menu but food quality was very good and fast. Overall, recommended.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in July. It was the first time that I have ever stayed in a Garden Inn and I was pleasantly surprised. Easy to find with great secure parking just behind the hotel.
The check in was a little slow but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had dinner in the bar area with a colleague which was very nice and enabled us to relax.

My room was very bright and airy and the bed was comfortable. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioning unit would not allow me to adjust the temperature of the room so it was a little too hot. I therefore had to sleep with the window open which was a little noisy. Still managed to get a reasonable nights sleep though.

In the morning the restaurant was packed for breakfast. My colleague and I found a table however we had a long wait before we were able to get any tea or coffee.

The buffet was nice and had a good selection. Again the staff on departure were lovely and as such I would stay here again.
