Great location at Brindley Place, just off Broad Street. Very modern, stylish & comfortable. Whether visiting Birmingham for business or pleasure you won't go wrong staying here. Only downside is nearby parking is a little expensive.

Dear Reviewer

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback which I will share with the rest of the team today. We are glad that you enjoyed the hotel and hope that you were able to take advantage of some of our great facilities while you were here such as our complimentary wifi and 24 hour pantry service.

Just a tip for next time time regarding car parking; we can provide a slight discount to the parking at the QPark next door, so please make sure that you speak with the Reception Team about this beforehand.

Kind regards

I had previously stayed here for a long weekend with other people from work before a course & although the hotel was great- the service from reception was lacking.

I was booked in again as our travel service found a great deal for B&B rate & to be honest I wasn't really looking forward to it but I am glad I went back.

Service from reception was friendly & welcoming.

The rooms are small but modern & the bed I had was HUGE & very comfortable.
I like the small but equipped gym.

Breakfast in the morning was really good & it was nice of the restaurant breakfast manager (cant remember his name!?!) to remember me from last time & welcome me back! Very nice touch.

I would use the hotel again when in Birmingham for work.

Free wifi is great as is the location for bars & food etc.

Room Tip: higher rooms- quiter.

This hotel is amazingly comfortable. The other half and I stayed for a weekend mid August 2013. Check in and checkout was swift. Maid came to change our bedding and towels everyday. I cannot fault this hotel. We will definitely be staying at this hotel whenever we decide to visit Birmingham again.

Arrived early but there was no problem with checking in. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel itself was clean and welcoming with spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. The location was also very good, my partner and I enjoyed good food and drink within walking distance.

Hotel is so lovely, staff are very friendly and room was amazing. On arrival we got told we had a free upgrade on our room as it was my birthday and also some drinks vouchers. On arrival to the room we found a lovely happy birthday message written in chocolate with strawberries. What a lovely thought!
Bathroom was done out to a high standard and could of stayed in the shower all day!!
The hotel was in walking distance of nice places to eat or have drinks and it had a lovely atmosphere. The canal and scenery around adds to it all.
Probably a 15 minute walk to the bull ring, but there is buses or a taxi was very cheap if you didn't want to walk.
Would definitely recommend anyone going here.

I stayed 1 night end of August 2013. I used to live down the road so knew e location was great...near the bars and restaurants of Brindley place yet just awa from it so quiet.

Nice modern entrance and friendly reception staff. Allowed to check in significantly early as rooms ready. Room smallish but fine with everything you need including safe, ironing board etc. air con isn't great and only adjusts 2 degrees either side of 20 deg C so sleeping at night it was only just cool enough. Bathroom small but adequate and clean.

Breakfast was very good, someone making fresh omelettes etc and good quality ingredients on the buffet. Fairly busy in e small restaurant though.

Overall, enjoyed the stay and would stay again. Specially for the price of £70 including breakfast.

Excellent service at reception, was advised we could check in early as room was ready when we asked if they could store our suitcase until usual check in time.
Room was on 2nd floor, not much of a view but we weren't there for long so that didn't matter. Room was very comfortable and clean but I found the bed was too hard and gave me backache. My husband found it comfortable.
Bathroom was a fair size, clean and well stocked with toiletries of a good brand and good towels too.
The breakfast was very good, continental, full english, toast, cereal, fruit etc was available with staff regularly asking if you would like more tea or coffee.
The hotel is very close to the canal area, 2 mins walk, which has many restaurants and bars. If you're looking for night life there are plenty of clubs too.
We both enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting Birmingham.
